On the 16th of July I guided a group of friends at the beautiful location Heemtuin Vogeleiland, Amsterdamse bos. This nature and foraging walk was organised as a hen do, and counted with the participation of Wies Teepe, an expert in foraging with whom I regularly collaborate. We ended the walk with a delicious tasting of self-picked wild plants. All and all a big success!
