Would you like to know which edible plants you can find in nature?

Nature guides Wies Teepe, Aleid Offerhaus and Monica Cruz will show you which wild plants are edible and which are not. They will also explore the issues you should keep in mind when foraging, like sustainability, safety, and when/whether it is allowed. And of course you will then have plenty of opportunity to practise what you have learned!

With three excursions in three different landscapes you will learn where to find edible wild plants. During a small tasting you will also get acquainted with all the flavours.

All three guides have a broad experience: Wies and Monica are biologists, Aleid is studying environmental science, and they were trained by the IVN (Dutch Institute for Sustainability and Nature Education).

This course comprises three half days in June.  Time: from 10 am to 1 pm. The exact dates will be known soon. The main language will be Dutch, but all three guides are fluent in English and will be happy to switch to English whenever required.
